Copper Canopy is a four-level modern townhome on the corner of Georgia Ave and Martin St in Summerhill, with cedar slats and black steel running the full height of the facade. It is a corner unit, so light comes in from two sides on every floor, and the whole of it is yours. The main level is one open room for living, dining and cooking, in white oak with black steel windows along both exposures. A sectional faces the windows, a glass dining table seats four under pendant lighting, and the kitchen runs off a waterfall quartz island with velvet bar stools, a gas range under a vented hood and a full-height stainless refrigerator. A door opens straight onto the balcony. Above, the bedroom level holds the primary suite with corner windows and a gallery wall, and a bathroom finished with a double vanity, white oak cabinetry and a glass shower. A walk-in closet and a laundry closet sit on the same floor. The terrace level has its own entry from the rear and works as a second home in miniature: a full second kitchen, a living area, a bedroom and a full bathroom, with a second laundry closet. You can access your space 24/7 via our custom coded smart locks. Please note that for your security all of our properties have Ring cameras. The home has two entries, one along Georgia Ave and one from the rear on the terrace level. Two reserved parking spaces are available behind the home with access from Martin St. SE. Street parking is also available in front of the unit along Georgia Ave.
