An open living, dining and kitchen space sits under a vaulted ceiling with light from two sides, and the bedroom carries a king bed and its own television. Ponce City Market, Krog Street Market and the Eastside Trail are all a short walk away.
Space
Beltline Bungalow is a carriage house set behind the main residence, which means the whole of it is yours: your own entrance, your own small yard, and no shared living space. It is compact and deliberately so, laid out as one bright open room with a separate bedroom and a full bathroom. The main room holds the living, dining and kitchen areas together under a vaulted ceiling with a paddle fan, and windows on two sides keep it light through the day. A sectional faces a 55 inch Samsung Frame television, a round dining table seats four, and the kitchen runs along one wall in dark timber cabinetry with a full-height refrigerator, a microwave, a toaster and a kettle. The bedroom sits off the main room with a king bed, a pair of woven nightstands and its own television. The bathroom has a vanity, a round rattan mirror and a full tub with a glass shower screen. Laundry is in the living-area closet, and there is a small yard between the main house and the guest house. You can access your space 24/7 via our custom coded smart locks. Please note that for your security all of our properties have Ring cameras. Parking is one dedicated off-street spot on the gravel pad to the right of the main house garage. Please do not park in the alleyway, as vehicles there are ticketed and towed.
